The Gupta Lab for Vascular Genomics is located at the Broad Institute and the Harvard Medical School Longwood campus. We are a fun group of scientists interested in identifying new mechanisms of cardiovascular disease in the cells of the blood vessel well. We apply the latest methods in genetics, genomics, single cell RNA-sequencing, and vascular biology.
